Welcome Michelle Callari, new Volunteer Coordinator. Michelle comes with much experiences in the volunteer community and we're looking forward to her sharing her talents with TSH.
Servant’s Heart, Corp. is a nonprofit with a vision “We aim to
be a part of the solution to homelessness.”
Our mission is to give direct help to target groups in our community by directly impacting the living conditions of the homeless, seniors, veterans, single parents, disabled, and low-income individuals/families. We also aim to work alongside like-minded nonprofits. This mission includes offering help to those who have found themselves in a crisis and making a difference in their lives.

The Servant’s Heart, Corp. in Fort Collins, Colorado is a community outreach ministry that started in 2014. Our organization is built on over 22 years of experience and the passion to make a positive impact in the community.
Ricki Shorkey is our Executive Director and Patient Navigator. She has been doing community outreach her whole life. Ricki was just four years old the first time she helped someone in her community. Her neighbor’s house burned down just a week before Christmas. When her mom came home, she told Ricki and her siblings about the incident.
Their neighbors lost everything. Ricki’s mom suggested for the kids go through their toys to give to the family. Ricki and her family loaded up boxes of toys and went to the home their neighbors were staying at and offered them the toys for their children to have on Christmas morning. The joy and happiness Ricki saw that day has stayed with her always.
Throughout her life, she has helped others by providing groceries, a place to live, transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, and more. In 2014, Ricki started a program called “100 Bags for the Homeless.”
During her first year, she had 112 bags of toiletry items, 45 boxes of clothes, and 75 Christmas stockings stuffed with a pair of socks and a pair of gloves delivered to a local homeless shelter. As she continued the toiletry drive for the shelter, she started to receive calls from other homeless shelters in need of toiletry items, bras, towels, and washcloths.
In 2016, Ricki licensed the Servant’s Heart a Community Outreach Ministry. It is through this that she came alongside other nonprofits while helping to meet the need in the community for homeless families and local homeless shelters.
